Shipping
All orders will be despatched as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped time frames may vary depending on where you are located. We are currently unable to cater to any additional delivery requests including, but not limited to: express shipping, selection of specific delivery date or time, weekend deliveries.
Returns and Warranty
Upon arrival of your package please note any damage to the box as well as any damage to the item itself. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, as soon as possible please notify our team on 03 94351616 or email admin@andycraft.com.au to assist with organising your return. You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment. Andycraft will give you the option to arrange a replacement for the item, or provide you with a refund. Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order. We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise are required by law.
Change Of Mind
Customers may return unopened products back to our store within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be in a saleable condition, unopened, unused and not arrive damaged. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. In the event that a product needs to be exchanged, shipping costs back to the customer are also at the customers expense.

We all make mistakes, if you have purchased the wrong item, please contact our office at 03 94351616 or email us at admin@andycraft.com.au, so we can discuss the best solution that fits your circumstances. Please have your order number ready or include it int the email so we can quickly identify your purchase.
We sent you the wrong product/s
We are all human, and make mistakes. If we have sent you the wrong item, please accept our apologies. Let us know as soon as possible. Please do not open the product or damage it in any way, while we arrange for shipping the item back to us, and resend the proper items at our cost.

The weight of each AndyCraft Furniture Crayons is approximately 35 gm ( imperial weight 0.001235 oz) and they are pointed cylindrical 12cm x 2cm.
What is an AndyCraft Furniture Crayon?
Andy Craft Furniture Crayons are manufactured in our Campbellfield Victoria factory to the same proven and exacting stands from the decades by crafts people and formulas developed to ensure consistency and quality. Then process of making Andy Craft Furniture Crayons involves combining pigments and fillers in molten paraffin wax, pouring into cast moulds, cooling, setting, trimming and packing. As ANDY CRAFT furniture repair crayons are manufactured using a paraffin wax base, they will not dry out or crumble over time, therefore reducing wastage.
